(Updating earlier comment) Years later I am still so very grateful for the care and experience that my horse recieved from Wellborn QH's Joe and Andrea.   Joe's forte is training horses so what usually ends up happening is they arrive better trained than when they left for their destination.  Joe's patience and understanding made the trip fairly uneventful and my WB stallion Salto is a better horse for knowing him.  Today I trailer him to the vet for collection and never have any anxiety about him loading, leading, or hauling.  He is an absolute gentleman about it and if things had gone badly with a different hauler, we could have all kinds of issues that linger every time I load/haul.  That is not the case here and I know it all started by having such a great experience with Joe and Andrea.  Andrea also made sure all along the way that I knew where he was and even sent me info on the barns he stayed at each day.  It was an excellent job all the way around and I couldn't be more grateful!!

Joe stays with us to overnight stable whenever they are through this area (Phoenix) and repeatedly I see the same thing; horses (of all breeds, shapes, and sizes) that are relaxed and happy and in great condition and load right up, even if they had been previously "hard loaders".  I can't say enough good things about them!

Hi! Thanks for getting Khan here in such good shape. Your transport servie is the BEST! We got in today around 4 PM and Merridith had him all cleaned up and body clipped (with a Valentine Heart on his rump! Ha!).
Again, I can't thank you both enough and I'm very pleased with the horse.

Dear Andrea and Joe:
Thank you so much for taking so much time with me prior to Gunner's shipment. I know since I've never shipped a horse I had so many questions, and you answered all of them, patiently!
Gunner is astounding, and I appreciate your time in his care, at your place and during his shipment..You took care of his diet, his feed, his hay, his papers, and even his tack that came with him... Gunner didn't feel so safe leaving the trailer right away, and Joe was very patient and gentle with him at first, and then encouraged him to leave the trailer, and Gunner did so.
I thank Joe for his time spent with Gunner, and with me, giving me a few tips.

I just wanted to drop you both a note to say thank you for taking such wonderful care of my new horse during transport. I was expecting a very tired stressed out horse on Sunday afternoon but instead he got off your rig as if he had just gone around the block. Phoenix is a very stressed Warmblood anyway and can be quite a handful but I think that with Joe's patience and knowledge he just knew he would be OK.
I planned on giving Phoenix Monday off but he was well rested and happy to start training. I had a wonderful ride!!

Thanks again for you prompt response for a short notice transport and for your kind hand with my horse.
I look forward to taking him to Palm Beach this winter and stopping in to rest at your facility.
